PEER GROUPS
Leading is hard and lonely for everyone - not just you.
Peer group members hear from other leaders who have “been there and done that,” and can weigh in, confidentially, on your big ideas, your big worries, what they did when they were in your shoes, and what they would do differently knowing what they know now.
Our peer groups are designed for owners, CEOs, and nonprofit executives who want to lead with clarity, confidence, and better judgment.
Peer Groups might be right for you if
You feel like you’re alone, but you’re never left alone to actually explore your big, strategic thoughts.
You have ideas, and you need a sounding board of leaders who have the same high stakes you do.
You have employees. (Humans are hard!)
You have imposter syndrome.
You’re seeking accountability for yourself and your team.
You want to identify your blind spots and make better/less costly decisions.
What always worked before isn’t working anymore.
Revenue is shrinking, and you’re looking for strategy, not panic.
Your turnover is high, and you don’t know why/can’t fix it.
You want to level up your emotional intelligence, boundary building, or conflict management.
You have a Board of Directors (Boards are hard!)
You would like a place where you don’t have to pretend. And, you’d like to actually sleep at night.
